Nico 269c5ccf8c Remove assay-mcp proxy layer ...

Standalone MCP server was a thin stale wrapper around runtime API endpoints,
using the old /api/send+poll transport (predates /api/chat SSE). assay_cmd
was never implemented. Claude Code visibility works via direct HTTP to
assay-runtime + takeover debug channel. VPS pods and services deleted.
